By the sounds of the article, it doesn't look like you can dive there at the moment. Just science-types recording what's down there.

It's most likely a protected site - unfortunately some divers insist on stealing things they find

Yeah unfortunately.

I did find this site where they have programs which I assume use these grounds for their research.
