ok assuming you are using PADI RDPs you will get you dive groups of M for the first dive P for the secound which don't intersect on the surface interval chart so it'd be 0, but minimum surface interval according to PADI is 1 hour.

Is this part of actual planning or a question someone has given you as practice for OWD or something?

I've found PADI are really not very good with their questions/ reviews. I've found myself pulling my hair out on a few occasions with their structure or choice of wording. It does get you questioning yourself when you do know the answer..

Good luck with the rest of it

There is no minimum surface interval required. You do however need to ensure you do a 3 minute @ 5metres safety stop as you'll come within 3 pressure groups of a no decompression limit. Used PADI eRDPml to calculate the above.

yes you're right ninja_wolf1, PADI doesn't say the min hour in that case sorry. Just a precautionary thing I've been taught else where..

The eRDP is a lot easier that the manual RDP tables isn't it? I was taught tables, but the Mrs got aways with the eRDP calculator

Never ever used the RDP but used the ErdpML for my DM recently and would swear by it. Intuitive and I picked it up in 10 mins and not having used it for 3 months used it again today with no problem. Has to be a sign of how easy it is as I'm thick
