Our forum rules

To ensure TheScubaSite.com grows into the friendly, helpful and successful community we wish it to, there are some ground rules to post in the forum.

1. No racism / personal insults / trash talk: There is no reason for personal attacks. While we encourage debate, any racism, xenophobia, personal insults or general trash talk will not be tolerated.

2. No self promotion of personal/commercial websites: There is a specific thread in which you can let others know about your own personal/company websites which is here. You may also use your forum signature (in "Your Profile) to advertise your own website. You may not post links to your own websites or websites you are affiliated to in any other forum.

3. No linking to illegal / offensive content: Please do not provide links to illegal warez, pornography or anything else which may be deemed overly offensive.

4. Only one account per person is permitted: Multiple accounts will result in deletion.

5. Post your comment/question to the most appropriate place: Please read the forum descriptions and make sure you post your topic in the correct forum - it will get answered quicker!

6. Choose an appropriate subject line: Try to summarise the problem briefly in the subject, and elaborate in the message itself. Repeat the subject in the body if it will make things clearer. Do not use all caps and do not add false information just to get attention.
